The value represents the initial state of placement suggestions when inserting a block.
| Value | Description |

| 0 | When grip-editing, block placement suggestions are off by default. |
| 1 | When using INSERT command, block placement suggestions are on by default. |
Note: To turn off block placement suggestions temporarily, hold down Shift+W (for QWERTY keyboard layout) while you insert the block. For the default temporary override keys for placement suggestions using other keyboard layouts, refer to the Customize User Interface (CUI) Editor.
