To Restore a Preset UCS Orientation

Click View tabCoordinates panelNamed UCS. Find
In the UCS dialog box, Orthographic UCSs tab, select a UCS orientation from the list.
Click Set Current.
Click OK.
The UCS changes to the selected option.
