- In the drawing area, select one or more graphical objects to link from.
- Click
. Find - In the Insert Hyperlink dialog, under Link To, click E-mail Address.
- Enter the recipient's address in E-mail Address.
- Enter a Subject, if necessary and click OK.
When you open an email hyperlink from a drawing, your default email application creates a new message with the address and subject (if specified) filled out. You can then enter message text and send it by email.
