To Publish Multiple Layouts

- Hold the Shift key down and click to select the layout tabs.
- Right click and select Publish Selected Layouts.
- In the Publish dialog box, select Plotter, PDF, DWF, or DWFx from the Publish To: drop-down list and click Publish.
