To Publish a Sheetset to a PDF File

Click View tab Palettes panel Sheet Set Manager.
In the Sheet Set Manager, right-click a sheet set, subset, or sheet. Click Publish Manage Page Setups.
In the Page Setup Manager dialog box, click New.
In the New Page Setup dialog box, under New Page Setup Name, enter a name for the PDF page setup. Click OK.
In the Page Setup dialog box, under Printer/Plotter, select the DWG to PDF.pc3 configuration file.
If the Paper Size Not Found dialog box displays, choose the paper size option for the sheet set.
In the Page Setup dialog box, set the desired page setup options. Click OK.
In the Page Setup Manager, click Close.
In the Sheet Set Manager, right-click the sheet set to publish. Click Publish Publish Using Page Setup Override. Click the page setup you created.

Tip
Publishing performance can be improved by disabling background publishing. Background publishing can be disabled by clearing the Publish in background check box (Publish Controls group) in the Publish dialog box.
