Click Tools menu Drafting Settings.
In the Drafting Settings dialog box, Snap and Grid tab, under Snap Type, select Isometric Snap.
Click OK.

Pressing F5 or CTRL+E cycles through the different Isoplanes Top, Right, and Left.
