To Add Notes to a Position Marker

You can record notes about a geographic location using a position marker.

1. In the drawing area, select the position marker to add notes to.
2. Right-click in the drawing area, and click Properties.
3. Under Misc, click Notes.
4. Enter the text for the note. The note is saved with the position marker. Notes do not display in the drawing area.
