To Set the Scale of a Hatch Pattern

Click Home tabDraw panelHatch.The ribbon panel for hatching is not available in this workspace. At the Command prompt, enter hatch and use the Hatch and Gradient dialog box instead.
On the Properties panel, click Pattern from the Hatch Type drop-down list.
On the Pattern panel, click a hatch pattern.
On the Properties panel, enter a hatch pattern scale.
Specify a point inside each area that you want to hatch.
Press Enter, or click Close on the ribbon to apply the hatch and exit the command.
