To Show or Hide Custom Properties in a Dynamic Block Reference

  1. If the Properties palette is not displayed, click View tab Palettes Properties.At the Command prompt, enter PROPERTIES.
  2. Click Insert tab Block Definition panel Block Editor.At the Command prompt, enter BEDIT.
  3. In the Edit Block Definition dialog box, select the block with custom properties that you want to modify.
  4. In the Block Editor drawing area, click a parameter that has been added to the block.
  5. In the Properties palette, under Misc, click Show Properties.
  6. On the drop-down list, do one of the following:
    • Select Yes to display custom properties for the block reference.
    • Select No to hide custom properties.
  7. Click Block Editor tab Open/Save panel Save Block.At the Command prompt, enter BSAVE.
  8. (Optional) If you are finished using the Block Editor, click Close Block Editor.
