Click Home tab Layers panel Layer Properties
In the Layer Properties Manager, click the New Group Filter button.
A new layer group filter is created in the Filters panel.
Enter a name for the layer group filter.
In the Filters panel, click All or one of the other nodes to display layers in the layer list.
Drag the layers that you want to add to the layer group filter from the layer list to the layer group filter.
