To View a List of Layers that are Frozen in the Current Viewport

Click a layout tab.
Double-click within a layout viewport to make it current.
Click Home tab Layer panel Layer Properties.
The VP Freeze column shows the Freeze/Thaw status for layers in the viewports.

TipIf you want layers to be frozen automatically in all new viewports, click the icons in the New VP Freeze column.
