Use point objects as nodes or reference geometry for object snaps and relative offsets.

Set Point Style and Size

Click Format menu Point Style.At the Command prompt, enter ddptype.
In the Point Style dialog box, select a point style.
In the Point Size box, specify a size, either relative to the screen or in absolute units.
Click OK.

Create a Point Object

Click Home tab Draw panel Point drop-down Multiple Points.At the Command prompt, enter point
Specify the point location.
You can snap to a point using the Node object snap.
