Defines the variations for a set of user-defined properties in the block definition through a grid control.
Summary
You can press Shift+Enter to add a new line for a multiline attribute value in the grid in the Block Properties Table dialog box.
List of Options
The following options are displayed.

Add Properties button

Displays the Add Parameter Properties dialog box where you can add parameters already defined in the Block Properties Table.

New Properties button

Displays the New Parameter dialog box where you can create and add new user parameters to the Block Properties Table. (Not available in AutoCAD LT.)

Audit button

Checks the Block Properties Table for errors.

Grid Control

Displays the name of parameters added to the table. You can also modify the properties of the table.

Block Properties Must Match A Row In The Table

Specifies whether the properties added to the grid control can be modified individually for a block reference.

Default Value When Properties Do Not Match Table

Displays the default values when other properties are changed without matching a row.
