To Save an Image From the Render Window

Save the Recently Rendered Image

In the Render window, click Saves the Rendered Image to a File.
In the Render Output File dialog box, browse to the location where the image file should be stored.
Enter a name and select an output file format for the image.
Click Save.
If the <Format> Image Options dialog box is displayed, specify the color options for the chosen output file format and click OK.

In the Render window, click the disclosure triangle in the lower-left corner.
In the History pane, select the history entry that contains the rendered image to save.
Right-click and choose Save.
In the Render Output File dialog box, browse to the location where the image file should be stored.
Enter a name and select an output file format for the image.
Click Save.
If the <Format> Image Options dialog box is displayed, specify the color options for the chosen output file format and click OK.
