Creates a new view category in a sheet set.

You can organize views by dragging them under different view categories.
List of Options
The following options are displayed.
- Category Name

Specifies the name of a new view category.
- Select the Callout Blocks to be Used in this Category

Provides a method for listing the callout blocks appropriate to the current view category.
- Add Blocks
