To Add a Block to Be Used for Sheet View Callouts

Click View tab Palettes panel Sheet Set Manager. Find
In the Sheet Set Manager, open a sheet set.
On the Sheet Views tab, right-click the sheet set node.
In the Sheet Set Properties dialog box, click Callout Blocks. Click the [...] button.
In the List Of Blocks dialog box, do one of the following:
- Click a block from the list of blocks.
- Click the Add button and specify a new block to be added to the list.
