To Cut Objects

Cut Objects to the Clipboard

Select the objects you want to cut.
Press Ctrl+X, or click Home tab > Utilities panel > Cut. Find
The objects are available to be pasted into other Windows applications.

Cut and Paste with a Specified Base Point

Press Ctrl+Shift+X, or click Home tab > Utilities panel > Cut with Base Point. Find
Specify the base point on the drawing.
Select the objects you want to cut and press Enter.
Use PASTECLIP to specify the insertion point when pasting the objects into other drawings.
