To Create a Link Between an Object and a Database

Click Tools menu PalettesdbConnect.
In the dbConnect Manager, open a database table that has at least one link template defined.
In the Data View window, select the link template that you want to use from the Link Template list.
Select one or more records to link.
From Link drop-down list, choose Create Links.
Select objects in the drawing to link the data to and press Enter.
