To Sort Extracted Data in a Column

Click Insert tab Linking & Extraction panel Extract Data.At the Command prompt, enter DATAEXTRACTION.
On the Refine Data page, click Sort Columns Options.
Under Column, select a column name from the drop-down list.
Under Order, choose Ascending or Descending.
To sort additional columns, in the Sort Columns Options dialog box, click Add.
Repeat steps as necessary.
