- Click Render tab
Materials panel Materials Browser.
At the Command prompt, enter MATBROWSEROPEN. - Click View tab Palettes panel Tool Palettes.
At the Command prompt, enter TOOLPALETTES. - On the tool palette, click the tab where you want to add the material.
- In the Materials Browser, right-click the material you want to add and click Add To Active Tool Palette.
Note If you change the properties of the material in the Materials Editor later, the material tool is not automatically updated. Delete the old material tool. Drag the updated material swatch onto the toolbar.
