To Insert a Footer Row in a Data Extraction Table

Click Insert tab Linking & Extraction panel Extract Data.At the Command prompt, enter DATAEXTRACTION.
On the Refine Data page, right-click a column label to create a footer row for that column, and choose Insert Totals Footer.
From the flyout menu, choose Sum, Max, Min, or Average.
