Click Insert tab Block Definition panel Block Editor.At the Command prompt, enter BEDIT.
Click Block Editor tabDimensional panelBlock Table.At the Command prompt, enter BTABLE.
In the Block Properties Table dialog box, click New Properties.
In the New Parameter dialog box, specify a name and a value.
