Click File 
Open from the VLISP menu to open an existing file. VLISP opens a new text editor window for the file you select. You can open any number of files and work on them simultaneously. VLISP places each file in its own editor window.
NoteIf you select text in any VLISP window before clicking File Open, the selected text is placed in the File name field of the Open dialog box.

When you exit VLISP, it notes which files are open and saves this information for your next VLISP session. The next time you start VLISP, it automatically opens the files for you.
