With the dynamic UCS turned on, you can temporarily and automatically align the XY plane of the UCS with a plane on a 3D solid while creating objects.
During a command, you can align the UCS dynamically by moving your cursor over a planar face of a 3D solid rather than using the UCS command. After you finish the command, the UCS returns to its previous location and orientation.
