About Creating and Customizing of Shortcut Keys

Shortcut keys are key combinations that start commands.

For example, you can press Ctrl+O to open a drawing file and Ctrl+S to save a drawing file, which is the same as clicking Open and Save on the toolbar.

The following table lists the default shortcut keys and the associated commands.

Note: A shortcut key is not the same as a command alias. A command alias is an abbreviation of a command name, which you can enter at the Command prompt instead of entering the entire command name.
