Do one of the following:

Click Navigation Bar Steering Wheels drop-down Mini Tour Building Wheel .At the Command prompt, enter NAVSWHEELMODE. When prompted for a new value, enter 5 and then start the NAVSWHEELcommand.
Right-click the wheel, and choose Mini Tour Building Wheel.
