To Apply a Detail View Style to a Detail View

You can apply a detail view style to a model documentation detail view that already exists in a drawing.

1. In the drawing area, click the detail view you want to apply the style to.
2. Click View tab Palettes panel Properties. In the command line, enter PROPERTIES.
3. In the Properties palette, under Annotation, in the Style list, select the detail view style to apply.

   The detail view style is applied to the detail view and the corresponding detail boundary.

   NoteThe detail view style is applied only to the style properties that you have not overridden (overrides are retained).
