Click Insert tab Linking & Extraction panel Extract Data.At the Command prompt, enter DATAEXTRACTION.
On the Refine Data page, click Combine Identical Rows.
Right-click the column label and choose Combine Record Mode Sum Values.
The sum of the numerical data is displayed.
