When working in the Project tree view in the Project Manager, there are several shortcut menus that can be displayed when you right-click an item.
The following tables show the shortcut menu items that you are presented under certain conditions.
Project Selected
When the project is selected, the top node in the tree, the shortcut menu presents the following functions:

Close Project |
Closes the current project data (DST) file. |
New Layout |
Displays the New Project Layout dialog box and adds the new layout to the project. |
Add Layout From Drawing |
Displays the Add Layout from Drawing dialog box and adds all the named layouts to the project from the selected drawing. |
New Group |
Creates a new group. |
Rename Project |
Changes the name of the project. |
Publish Project |
Displays the Batch Publish dialog box and adds all layouts in the project. Note: Groups and layouts that are designated as not to be included for publish are excluded from the Batch Publish dialog box.

Page Setup |
Displays the Page Setup Manager and allows you to modify the page setup overrides in the current project. |
Publish with Overrides |
Publishes all the layouts in the project using the selected page setup override rather than the page setup specified in each drawing. Page setup overrides are stored in the project's Page Setup property under File Locations. |
Reveal in Finder |
Opens Finder and displays the location where the project data (DST) file is stored. |
Properties |
Toggles the display of the Details panel. |
Layout Selected
When a layout is selected, the shortcut menu presents the following functions:

Open Layout |
Opens the drawing (DWG) file associated with the layout and sets the layout current. |
Open Layout Read-only |
Opens the drawing (DWG) file associated with the layout as read-only and sets the layout current. |
Duplicate Layout |
Creates a copy of the drawing (DWG) file associated with the layout and imports the layout from the new drawing into the project. Note: The new layout in the project might have a different title than the original layout.

Remove From Project |
Removes the layout from the project. Note: The drawing (DWG) file associated with the project layout is not removed from disk.

Rename |
Changes the name of the layout. |
Place Callout Block |
Specifies and places a callout block onto a layout. |
Publish Layout |
Displays the Batch Publish dialog box and adds the layout. Note: When the Publish property for a layout is not enabled, the layout is excluded from the Batch Publish dialog box.

Group Selected

Delete Group |
Removes the group and all the layouts under it from the project. Note: The drawing (DWG) files associated with the project layouts are not removed from disk.

Displays the Batch Publish dialog box and adds all layouts in the group. Note: When the Do Not Publish Layouts property for a group is not enabled, the layouts in the group are excluded from the Batch Publish dialog box.

View Selected
When you select a view placed on a layout, the shortcut menu presents the following functions:
