To assign a toolbar to a form

In the Infrastructure Administrator, do one of the following:
- Click Enterprise and connect to the enterprise industry model. Open a project.
- Click File and open a project.
In the Administrator Explorer, select the industry model.
In the Administrator, click Industry Model menu > Form Designer.
In the Form Explorer, select the feature class, select the Form Type, and click Edit.
In the Form Designer dialog box, click Designer menu > Options.
In the Options dialog box, assign a toolbar to the form.
