Opens the Reference Manager palette.

Menu: Window > Reference Manager.

Summary

The EXTERNALREFERENCES command opens the Reference Manager palette when the palette is closed.

Note: The FILEDIA system variable is ignored when attaching files from the Reference Manager palette.
