To help protect against malicious code in an ObjectARX network API call, setting the value to 1 blocks the following operations:
- Copying remote files to the local computer using AcadHostApplicationServices::getRemoteFile().
- Uploading files to a remote location using AcadHostApplicationServices::putRemoteFile().
