To Set the Order for Applying Automatic Geometric Constraints

Click Drafting tab > Parametric panel > AutoConstrain.
Enter s (Settings).
In the Constraint Settings dialog box, on the AutoConstrain tab, select a Constraint Type.
Click Move Up or Move Down. This changes the priority for that constraint when you apply geometric constraints automatically.
