To Create a Blend Surface Between a Surface and a Solid

Click Modeling tab > Surface panel > Surface Creation drop-down > Surface Blend.
In the drawing area, select a surface edge and a solid edge.
Specify the continuity and bulge magnitude for each edge and press Enter.
