To Infer Geometric Constraints When Creating Objects

Click Tools menu > Parametric > Constraint Settings.
In the Constraint Settings dialog box, Geometric tab, select Geometric Constraints to infer.

Note: Alternatively, you can click the Infer Constraints button on the status bar.
