To Change the Default Block Used for Sheet View Labels

Click Window menu > Sheet Set Manager.
In the Sheet Set Manager, open a sheet set.
In the Details panel, expand Sheet Set, and next to Callout Blocks, click Manage.
In the Callout Blocks dialog box, select a block from the list of blocks as a default view label block.
