To Copy a Face on a 3D Solid

Click Modeling tab > Solid panel > Solid Edit - Face drop-down > Copy Faces.
Select the face to copy.
Select additional faces or press Enter to copy.
Specify the base point for the copy.
Specify the second point of displacement and press Enter.

Note: Use EXTRUDE to extrude a copied face.
