To Sort a BOM (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

Click the Click Annotate tabBOM panelBOM. Find
In the BOM List panel, right-click the BOM to edit and select Set current. The icon indicates the current BOM.
To sort selected rows only, with the CTRL key pressed, click the row heading of the rows to sort.
To sort the entire parts list, do not select any rows.
Click . The Sort dialog box is displayed.
In the Key 1 section, select the primary sort column and order.
If the sort requires secondary and tertiary sort criteria, select the columns and order from the Key 2 and Key 3 sections.
Click OK.
