To Move Geometry From One Content Editor Layer to Another (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

If the property palette is not displayed:
- At the Command prompt, enter PROPERTIES.
Select the geometry you want to move.
In the Properties Palette, in the Layer drop-down, select the layer you want to move the object to.
If the Layer you want to move the object to is not in the list:
1. Click Content Editor tabObject Definition panelContent Editor Layers. Find
2. In the Content Editor Layers list, select the layer you want to move the geometry to.
3. Click Set Current.
