To Perform Column Splitting on a Parts List (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

In the drawing area, double-click the parts list to edit. The Parts List dialog box is displayed.
To enable column splitting, in the column splitting section, select the Enable column split check box.
To column split based on the number of data rows, select the Number of rows option and enter the row number where you want the split.
To column split by distributing the data rows evenly among multiple sections, select the Number of sections option and enter the number of sections to split to.
To change the direction that the columns split, select the Wrap left or Wrap right option.
To wrap the parts list round the title block, select Wrap around title block.
Click OK.
