To Change the Width of Columns in a Hole Chart or Table (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

In the drawing area, double-click the hole chart or hole table to edit.
In the Hole Chart dialog box, click .
In the Hole Chart Columns dialog box, click the blank cell at the beginning of the row whose width you want to change.
In the Width box, specify a value.
Click OK in all dialog boxes.
