To Change the Toggle Symbol Leader Orthogonal Mode Key (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

Click Manage tabCustomization panel User Interface. Find
In the Customize tab, in the tree view, expand AMPPKeyboard ShortcutsTemporary Override Keys.
In the expanded branch, select Toggle Symbol Leader Orthogonal Mode.
In the Properties pane, select the Key(s) row.
Click the button displayed at the right corner of the Key(s) row.
Press the new shortcut key.
Click OK until all dialog boxes close.
