To Find All Instances of a Component, Component View or Folder, in the Mechanical Browser (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

In the mechanical browser, right-click the component, component view or folder and select Find All Instances.
All instances are selected and highlighted in the mechanical browser as well as model space.
