Summary
Before you calculate the deflection line of an object, you must first calculate the moment of inertia for that object using the AMINERTIA command.

List of Prompts
The following prompts are displayed.
- Moment of inertia block
- Specifies the value chart (created previously with the AMINERTIA command) to use for this calculation.
- Starting point
- Specifies the starting point for drawing a new beam, for which the command draws the deflection line and moment line. Note: A side view is symbolically represented as a line.
- End point
- Specifies the end point of the beam.
- Existing beam
- Specifies an existing beam to draw the deflection line and moment line.
- Scale for deflection line
- Specifies the scale for the deflection line in the form unit:mm.
- Scale for moment line
- Specifies the scale for the moment line in the form unti:Nm
