To Specify Which Columns to Display in Parts Lists (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

At the Command prompt, enter AMOPTIONS.
In the Options dialog box, select the AM:Standards tab.
In the Standard Elements list, double-click Parts List. The BOM Settings dialog box is displayed.
To add a column to parts lists:
1. In the Available component properties list, click the row heading of the component property to add as a Parts List column. The program selects the entire row.
2. Click Add to. The program adds the component property to the bottom of the list in the Parts List tab.
  Note: The Add to button is unavailable if the selected component property already appears in the list.
3. Use the Move up or Move down buttons to position the property.
To remove a parts list column:
1. In the Parts List tab, click the row heading of the component property to remove.
2. Click Remove.
Click OK until all dialog boxes close.
