    To Change the Type or Orientation of a Taper/Slope Symbol (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

    1. In the drawing area, double-click the taper/slope symbol to edit.
    2. In the Taper and Slope Symbol dialog box, click the Symbol Type button.
      Tip:

      To locate the Symbol Type button, move the pointer over the buttons in the dialog box and inspect the tooltips.

    3. Select the appropriate symbol type of the desired orientation.
    4. Click OK.
