To Create a Feature Control Frame and Align to a Diameter Dimension (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

Click Annotate tabSymbols panelFeature Control Frame. Find
Click the circle to attach the symbol to.
In the Feature Control Frame dialog box, enter the data.
Click OK.
