To Change the Order Component Properties Appear in the BOM (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

At the Command prompt, enter AMOPTIONS.
In the Options dialog box, select the AM:Standards tab.
In the Standard Elements list, double-click BOM. The BOM Settings dialog box is displayed.
In the BOM tab, move the rows around to obtain the desired order.
To move a row:
1. Click the row heading of the row to move. The program selects the entire row.
2. Click Move Up or Move Down, as appropriate.
Click OK.
