To Delete a Dimension Text Template (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

At the Command prompt, enter AMOPTIONS.
In the Options dialog box, click the AM:Standards tab.
In the Standard Elements list, double-click Dimension. The Dimension Settings dialog box appears.
Click Predefined Text. The Predefined Dimension Text dialog box appears.
From the Predefined Text list, select the dimension text template to delete.
Click Remove.
Click OK until all dialog boxes close.
