To Mark Objects for Arraying (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

Click Content Editor tabTools panelArray drop-downCreate . Find
In the drawing area, select the objects to array and press Enter.
Enter R for a rectangular array or enter P for a polar array.
Specify the default values for the array parameters.
Note: You can rename an array parameter to a meaningful name in the context of the part/feature you are implementing at the time you specify default values.
In the drawing area, place the icon in a position that you can easily associate with the object you are marking.
Note: You use this icon to edit (add/remove) objects the array select and edit the array parameters for the object you are marking.
